Hi, I'm Meesha

I create space for the type of learning and education to unfold that schools don't provide.We work together to strengthen and develop the practical skills and awareness that create stronger self reliance and nurture a healthy sense of self.As emphasized by renowned scholar and story teller Michael Meade: The etymology of Education is “educere” – to lead or draw out."Education at a deep level means to 'lead out' what is trying to be born from within. The job of a true teacher is to help awaken the inner pupil that has its own way of being and unique way of perceiving the world."

About Me

I feel like I was born this time, I've always lived a Self- led life and followed my dreams, even when it didn't make sense to the outside world.
I left home at 18 to travel and explore life.
I took an alternative path and followed my curiosities.
I knew the roadmap that others suggested I take in life was not the one for me and I allowed myself the grace to be a student of life, and not know exactly what I was doing or where I was going.I wanted to honor the wild one in me who marveled in the unknowns of life, and was satiated with wonder- about our human potential & what's possible.This wonder has brought me to acquire many certifications and attended various schools:
(Therapeutic Massage of Western Colorado, Institute of integrative Nutrition, Herbalism Roots, Colorado Mountain College) I also invested in specific trainings, (Voice Dialogue Facilitation, Dance Meditation Technique, Life Coaching, Non Violent communications, and Internal Family Systems.) In addition I have invested continually in coaches and in personal mentorship throughout my 20’s from those who've inspired me by the way they walk through life.I love studying, I love knowledge, yet a great deal of my love for this work comes not from what I've read in a book, but from the direct impact of receiving the power of 1:1 coaching to improve my life personal life. Coaching has been one of my favorite things to receive in life and therefore an immense blessing to offer.I am someone who is here with a deep belief that there is a unique path and a unique way through life for everyone and I am here to help you on that path with more confidence in yourself and in your becoming.For those who are ready to live from the inside out versus the outside in, I'm your person.As my father told me:
"The wood that is the world is wide
and filled with trees from side to side.
So strange a place you may not see for certain where the way may be. You may take a turn or two before you find the right way through.
but when you go and trust you'll find
you have a compass in your mind."

Meesha is an explorer and a lover of life—of this planet and the species on it; a woman deeply changed by motherhood, and potentially your future coach :)She lives in Maine with her family and friends where they raise kids, share values of growing food, cultivating community, and following their inner callings.
